  1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    Yes, an order can only be placed after you have set up an account. Setting up an account makes it easy for you to track orders and review past purchases, save your mailing address and card details for quicker check-out on future purchases, and lets you earn 5% points redemption on all purchases.

  2. Is my personal information kept private?

    Yes, please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

  4. What sales tax do you charge?

    • SINGAPORE Orders: none
    • INTERNATIONAL Orders: Customer is responsible for any charges (taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees) levied by the destination country. Please check with your respective Customs authorities.
    • If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Whole9Yards at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

  6. How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

    From as quickly as within the day to up till two weeks. You can choose to have it delivered to you or you can pick it up from our store. We offer free delivery on all domestic orders using registered mail via Singapore Post. International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.

  7. Do you offer the same-day delivery in Singapore?

    Yes, at the cost of S$20.

    As long as your order reaches us by 11am, Mon to Fri (excluding public holidays), you can receive your purchase via Speedpost Same Day Priority courier service.

  8. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

    Yes, but only if your purchases have not been prepared for dispatch yet. At this point, we can still cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

    However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

  9. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

    Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

  10. How can I track my order?

    • You will receive email notifications: when your order has been placed successfully and when your order has been shipped out.
    • Alternatively, login to your account to check the status of your order. Select the option "My Orders"

  11. How do I return or exchange an item?

    Making a return or exchange is easy. We have a no questions asked return policy. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt. Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached.

  12. Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

    Once your return is received and inspected to satisfy our return conditions, your refund will be processed and issued through your original method of payment within 7 days. Original shipping costs, taxes and import duties (if any) paid by you, are non-refundable.

  13. Does Whole9Yards have seasonal sales?

    Yes, seasonal sales are held twice a year. You can register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.
